🍳 Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 container (32 oz) beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt or garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10 lasagna noodles
- Shredded mozzarella, for serving
Instructions
- Add everything except the lasagna noodles and cheese to the crock pot and stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 3.5 hours.
- Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and stir them into the soup. Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls and top generously with shredded mozzarella. Serve hot.
