  1. Cut the pork into 4 large pieces and trim away as much fat as possible.
  2. Coat all sides of the pork generously with seasoning.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Add olive oil and sear the pork for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Add the broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke.
  5. Seal the lid and pressure cook for 60 minutes.
  6. Allow pressure to release naturally for about 15 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
  7. Shred the pork with two forks right in the pot and toss with the juices. Serve on buns or over rice.
